Fairy Meadows (فیری میڈوز), named by German climbers is a grassland near one of the base camp sites of the Nanga Parbat, located in Diamer District, Gilgit-Baltistan, Pakistan. At an altitude of about 3,300 metres (10,800 ft) above the sea level, it serves as the launching point for trekkers summiting on the Raikot face of the Nanga Parbat. In 1995, the Government of Pakistan declared Fairy Meadows a National Park.
Hunza Valley (وادیِ ہنزہ) is a mountainous valley in the Gilgit-Baltistan region of Pakistan. Hunza is situated in the extreme northern part of Pakistan, bordering with the Wakhan Corridor of Afghanistan and the Xinjiang region of China. The Hunza valley is situated at an elevation of 2,438 meters (7,999 feet). Geographicaly, Hunza consists of three regions, Upper Hunza (Gojal), Central Hunza (Hunza Valley) and Lower Hunza (Shinaki).
Naltar Valley (وادیِ نلتر) is a valley in Gilgit–Baltistan region of Pakistan. Naltar is about 54 kilometres (34 mi) from Gilgit and can be reached by jeeps. Naltar is a forested region known for its dramatic mountain scenery. Mountains of Naltar, on the foothills of which, Skiing is a popular sport. Ski competitions are held at Naltar ski resort. Naltar Bala and Naltar Pine are two villages of Naltar valley. Naltar Pine is at a distance of 34 kilometres (21 mi) and Naltar Bala at 40 kilometres (25 mi) from Gilgit.
